The price is definitely right for the NEW Revlon ColorStay 16 Hour Eye Shadow. It's only $7.99. The shadows claim to not crease, fade, nor smudge, and it is supposed to last for 16 long hours! It comes in a variety of colors, and on the display, it even teaches you different looks. They also had a tester, and I quickly did some swatches. Based on that quick swatch on that particular palette, I was NOT impressed. It didn't seem very pigmented at all. Have you tried it and what are you thoughts?
